Do you offer free installation, and how does it work?
Yes! Once you receive your order, simply reply to the confirmation email to request free installation. We’ll then ask for collaborator access to your Shopify store, and the section will be installed within 12 hours — free of charge.
Do I need any coding skills to use these sections on my Shopify store?
No coding required! Just add the sections to your Shopify store and customize them easily.
How quickly can I start using the section after purchasing?
Within minutes! You’ll receive an email with access to the download file shortly after purchase.
Are these sections compatible with all Shopify themes?
Our sections are fully compatible with all Shopify themes that support sections. If your theme supports sections, you’re good to go. Not sure about your theme? Just tell us the name and we’ll confirm it for you.
Can I request extra styling settings?
Yes. After your purchase, simply reply to the order confirmation email and tell us what styling changes you would like — for example a border, shadow, or custom color. Please also include your Shopify store URL. We will then ask for collaborator access and finish the adjustments within 48 hours, free of charge.
A maximum of 2 styling adjustments are included for free.
